My Favourite Superhero
If you enjoyed your childhood, you will recognize some of the most important superheroes that you watched on television. These are inanimate beings that were given with superpowers than an average human being. Superheroes are mystified creatures that are created by the cartoonist to widen the imagination of children as well as adults who are cartoon enthusiasts. Today, superheroes symbolize hope for the younger generation of the society because it can have the capacity to influence the public regarding the significance of having a person or a being that will guide their decisions and activities. If you know someone who is fond of watching anime that are given with super powers, you will notice that they had a great childhood during their younger years in this world.
There are numerous prominent superheroes that are considered favorites by our present and past generation. Spiderman has been the ultimate favorite by young individuals because it describes a person who was bitten by a mutated spider. The DNA of the spider is mixed with the DNA with the human victim and started to develop mutation with their genomes. The human victim started to notice himself transform into a superhuman. The strength, speed, agility, and mental powers became stronger than the average human being. It then developed into Spiderman, who is now capable of saving individuals who are in danger. Another superhero is Batman, which is a trained individual who wants to save the world using his agility and might against the negative elements of the law. Batman is a wealthy individual whose secret as a superhero is not revealed to the public except for his servant at home inside a large cave.
Another classical superhero is superman, which is a being that was transported to planet Earth from other planets to save their planets from the destruction of other beings. Superman has been presented by the mass media for several decades, fulfilling the imaginary perspective of the audience to have a comfort being to alleviate anxiety in the long run. As a superhero, superman has been the symbol of hope and gratitude for the younger generation to have a stimulus that makes their perception optimistic. On the other hand, wonder woman was also created by a cartoonist, who wants to show the world regarding the significance of having a female superhero. Wonder woman was created by cartoonist to help improve the perception of the society with regard to the influence of gender sensitivity. Gender sensitivity is important because it seeks to equalize the role of gender equity to the society.
There are numerous benefits that can be provided by superheroes. However, it is observed that there are issues with regard to diversification of superheroes according to their gender, age, and sexual orientation. The society has not been able to introduce superheroes from the minority for the reason that the extent of diversification process is not that accepting to our society. In this case, the role of using superheroes as a symbol of perseverance and bravery allow an individual to become inspired with all the good deeds that they can contribute in order to produce a society with a productive value. It is important to have your favorite superhero allow every person to deal with their concerns while growing up because superhero represents hope and optimism to every person who wants to contribute to others (Sunu, 2013).
