“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that! I’m always gonna love you, no matter what. No matter what happens. You’re my son and you’re my blood. You’re the best thing in my life. But until you start believing in yourself, you ain’t gonna have a life.” Was one the best line I can recall from the movie entitled Rocky Balboa as he was giving an advice to his beloved son.
In my personal belief there are people who have natural talents on different fields, like some people are born to be creative and can do great works of art or play a melodic tune in musical instruments fluently and there are some who are inclined academically who excel on subjects like math, science or history. But for some, who considered themselves to be average or typical isn’t a lonely feeling? But here’s what I want most of us should understand that being talented or genius only play a percent in our life because what matters most is our actions toward our dream, toward our goal and toward our future. Don’t the negative voice and naysayers you can’t do a thing. Those voices are there and will always be there and you have to put a good fight with all your strength, with all your might and all your will.
The path of being genius and greatness have many obstacles, and so before you go down that road you must answer a great question “Why?” – Why are you waking up in 4 am? Why are you studying so bad for exams? Why are you working hard? If we understand and know the answer on different why’s in our track we are giving ourselves the biggest inspiration to move and work harder each day. For me my inspiration is my family and myself. I want my family and myself to realize that no matter what life throws me, that no matter life makes me kneel down, or even yield I’ll be coming back again and again until I reach my destination. Because the stronger the determination, the passion and the inspiration you’ll have the strongest possibility to reach your desired goal in life.
But it doesn’t end on knowing your reasons for not giving up, you should develop the character of resiliency and fortitude. Because In our life we must not give in to every trials and tribulation, that we must endure them like a gold being tested under fire and so we are. What matters most in the end is our actions we have given towards reaching our goal.
Genius is one percent inspiration ninety nine percent perspiration. In our daily lives we should stop the procrastination because we can’t reach a certain new level if we keep the pace we are doing in our usual life. We must proceed with great heart expecting the best and preparing for the worst case.
