Ideally, with aspects such as hacking and piracy and above all privacy, computer ethics has become seriously important issues that needs to be addressed. With the ease of copying and distributing intellectual content, creators of such works and developers lose millions of dollars every minute. In some of the cases, there have been elements of distribution of such content before the creators have had the chance to launch their products in the market. This is regardless of the months and years of hard labor and determination that the creators have put into their work not forgetting the resources involved.
Without safety guards to protect the developers and the users of the computer technologies, creativity and safety are going to be largely compromised. This renders the brilliant ideas that most of the developers have to bare the brunt of an early death. As such, computer ethics should be the most important pillar in innovative technologies.
