It is also important to have teachers that can fully support students to their fullest. Before, traditional education systems usually produced instructors that tend to be antagonistic to students. Up to the present, this still cannot be avoided because these fall under the individual agencies of people. Yet when it comes to modernized systems, it is important for teachers to maintain meaningful connections with students because this would definitely help in strengthening the retention of students with what they are learning. Further, in the context of students, it is important that they themselves learn from each other and not just from the teacher. Through this, they will be able to know the value of coordination and cooperation in the classroom that they would eventually carry in the real world as they grow older.
